Make sure the complete body area is visible, use even lighting and keep the phone steady. You can review camera access in your device settings. Somaura processes camera frames on your device.
Auralis voice is optional. You can continue silently or type instead. Microphone and speech-recognition permissions can be changed in your device settings.
Open You → Camera & privacy to export data, delete scan history, delete all data or delete a signed-in Somaura account. You can also use the account deletion page.
Include your phone model, operating-system version, Somaura app version and the steps that caused the problem. Do not email camera images, voice recordings or sensitive health details.
